This key role is responsible for leading and expanding our global sales, focusing on innovative power solutions for power electronics. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in the semiconductor field, a solid understanding of GaN technology, and a proven ability to generate significant revenue and establish strategic relationships globally.
Responsibilities:
Global Sales Strategy: Develop and execute ambitious sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in all key regions, focusing on Wise Integration's target markets.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-level global sales team, providing strategic direction, mentoring talent, and fostering a culture of performance and excellence.
Business Development: Identify and exploit new market opportunities, initiating strategic partnerships and managing key relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, production, and technical support teams to ensure alignment of objectives and optimize customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform product development and positioning strategies.
Financial Performance: Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to ensure clear visibility on performance and guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Over 10 years of experience in sales and business development in the semiconductor industry, with particular expertise in GaN technology and power electronics.
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams globally.
Significant experience in negotiating large-scale contracts and managing strategic relationships.
Strong technical understanding of semiconductor products and markets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
Availability to travel internationally.
