As part of our expansion and to support this activity, we are seeking an experienced Director of Automotive Business Development to drive our growth in the electric vehicle sector

Mission:

As the Director of Automotive Business Development, you will be responsible for initiating and growing Wise-Integration's business in the automotive industry, with a special focus on power conversion for electric vehicles. You will identify and leverage business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships with car manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and other key industry players. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team, including the Worldwide Sales and Product Marketing divisions, to ensure a cohesive strategy and execution across the company

Key Responsibilities:


- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate and expand our market presence in the electric vehicle sector.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with car manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and other key industry entities to promote the adoption of our solutions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide product development and business strategies.
- Leadership: Lead and motivate a team dedicated to automotive business development, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure that product offerings meet market demands and customer expectations.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Effectively negotiate and manage contracts with partners and clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

Qualifications:


- Advanced degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in business development in the automotive industry, preferably on the semiconductor side.
- Proven experience in establishing and managing strategic partnerships in the automotive sector.
- Deep knowledge of the electric vehicle market and related technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly.
- Availability to travel internationally to meet with clients and partners.
