Speed
We do not advertise or rely on databases as you cannot control when one applies to an advertisement, or whom you have in a database. We turn this model upside down and actively target and proactively approach every candidate in the marketplace relevant to a requirement by either searching locally, regionally or internationally should there be relocation and visa support.
We challenge the database/network model with “what about the people you do not know”.
Quality
Aligned to the pace, you cannot control who applies to an advert. With us selecting the best in the marketplace it yields generally a faster and higher quality result. This is strengthened by candidates being interviewed by us a minimum of 2 times, including a F2F interview for executive appointments if required.
In the current quarter (we analyse quarterly), 100% of profiles we submit achieve an interview and every position we have completed has been from the original shortlist.
Industry Alignment
We live and breathe your industry and do not work outside of it meaning we have a strong international awareness of your competition and closely aligned businesses, skillset talent pools, salary ranges, cultural nuances and more.
We work hard to galvanise an effective working partnership which sometimes involves us working outside our normal operating scope (for example, slightly junior positions). If a client is in need and we can help, we will. We are driven by service first, fee second.
