As part of our growth plans we are seeking to appoint a number of Business Unit Directors who will lead our expansion in allied markets.

We have a strong internal research (delivery) function which enables us to cover a broad range of skillset functions, this breadth of service offering to clients ensures revenue potential is maximized.
The Advanced Technology Practice is seeking an individual with a track record in the technology marketplace who can grow and develop a practice in these very buoyant industries. You will work with the business to establish a recognised search practice that is seen as the go-to provider in your field.
Role responsibilities:
Proactively identify and secure new business globally within your chosen industry/discipline
Relationship development with existing accounts and expanding our revenue capability within them
Manage the recruitment process in synchronisation with our research function
Build your channel in line with agreed plans (including recruitment of new team members)
Required skill set and/or experience:
Experience in a client-facing, new business focussed role is essential
Consultative approach to client and candidate relationships
Excellent candidate management skills
Genuine desire and capability to develop new relationships and expose the business to new territories and customers
Proven track record in securing new clients from ‘cold’
Experience in growing and developing a team is desirable
