Quality Engineer

 DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Development and implementation of quality processes for all components that will be included in the company's products,

- responsibility for evaluating suppliers,

- responsibility for promoting the development of suppliers (including the local supplier program),

- managing problem solving and ensuring effective implementation of solutions and prevention of repetition of mistakes,

- working with the supply chain and project teams to improve supplier performance and efficiency,

- assessment of technical, quality and production capabilities,

- provides input to technology development engineering and assistance in quality and reliability analysis.

- analyzing material defects, implementing and managing corrective actions and communicating about problems with suppliers,

- reviewing specifications for new products and providing input in terms of quality and manufacturing capabilities,

- investigates product quality deviations and, if necessary, prepares a corrective action plan,

- responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and quality measurements as required by ISO 9001, ISO14001 and IATF 16949

- conducting internal audits,

- if necessary, solving the findings and observations of internal and external audits, reports on non-compliance and the implementation of corrective measures,

- managing customer complaints,

- daily analysis and reporting about scrap

- performing other tasks in accordance with the employee's qualifications and the employer's instructions.

Additional knowledge required:

- knowledge of working with a computer in accordance with the requirements of the position,

- active knowledge of the English language, including technical terminology,

- organizational and communication skills,

- project management knowledge,

- knowledge of the five (5) pillars of quality,

- professional knowledge in electrical engineering and knowledge of electrical properties of products,

- knowledge of quality management including related tools (8D, MSA, SPC, yield analysis, etc.)

WORK EXPERIENCE:  minimum 5 years

- stoppage of shipment or production in case of detected deviation of products from requirements

- preparation of control documentation.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
